Observership programme
Moorfields Eye Hospital welcomes healthcare professionals from the UK and around the world to observe and learn renowned treatment of eye diseases and injuries from our world-leading consultants. Visiting ophthalmologists will have the opportunity to observe Moorfields' consultants in action, examine patients with slit lamps and ophthalmoscopes, and attend surgical operations. Observers can elect to observe in one or more services for a minimum of one week and up to four weeks.
Virtual observership programme
Moorfields Education is delighted to launch its Virtual Observership Programme. The COVID-19 pandemic imposed unprecedented challenges in the educational field of ophthalmology and we are pleased to be able to respond to these challenges by leveraging our expertise, to not only maintain our standard of education but also create alternative learning environments that are collaborative, inclusive and productive.
